• Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Estimated delivery time is within 2 working days.

Orders over £150:

• Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.
• This service ensures that your package will arrive the day after dispatch, providing extra security and speed for high-value orders.

Free Tracked Shipping

• Free Shipping: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the UK. Your shipping method will be automatically determined based on the order value, ensuring your models arrive safely and on time.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the Royal Mail website and stay updated on its progress.
• Notification: We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process, from dispatch to delivery, ensuring you know when to expect your models.

Returns

• Eligibility: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means the figures must not be repainted, modified, or broken in any way.
• Return Process: Before returning an item, please contact us by email at adam@wargamewares.co.uk, to initiate the return process. We will then provide you with a prepaid return label. Please do not send the item back without first contacting us.
• Photographic Evidence: Upon receiving your order, please take clear, time-stamped photographs of the item to document its condition. These photos may be required in the event of a return request for a damaged item.
• Note Damage at Delivery: If you notice any visible damage to the parcel at the point of delivery, please note this with the delivery provider, Royal Mail, before accepting the package. This will help us in resolving any claims related to damages during transit.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the payment provider to process the refund and credit your account.
• Conditions for Refunds: Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been repainted, modified, or damaged (beyond the original condition) are not eligible for a refund. Intentional damage or misuse of items will void the eligibility for a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue. Options include, but are not limited to, a full refund. We will always cover the cost of returns in these cases.

How We Package Models

• Secure Packing: We take great care in packaging our models to ensure they reach you safely. Models are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with parcel paper to prevent movement. We use high-strength double-walled boxes for impact resistance and label the packages with "Fragile" stickers.

Recyclability of Packaging

• Eco-Friendly Materials: Our boxes, paper, and bubble wrap are all recyclable. Boxes and paper are typically collected by most kerbside collections, while bubble wrap can be recycled at larger stores with flexible packaging recycling bins. We also reuse bubble wrap offcuts and inbound boxes to add stability to particularly fragile models.
